The Bread of Life - Bread Machine Recipes Part 1

It is simply amazing, some of the recipes and bread that you can turn to today's modern bread machines. I have a bread machine, that a pleasure to work with and so easy that one of the Geico caveman could use it work. I have in the past, everything from my own Danish to the popular Italian calzones. My sandwich bread recipe tends to make some big roles. Below you can check some of the bread machine recipes that I have collected over the years.

½ pound loaf of bread Harvest Time Country

1 1 / 4 cups water

1 / 4 cup milk powder

1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons shortening

1 cup whole wheat flour

2 cups flour, all

1 / 4 cup crushed flaxseed

2 tablespoons unsalted sunflower seeds

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 3 / 4 tsp fast acting yeast bread makers

Put all your ingredients measured in your> Bread pan and your bread machine on the whole wheat cycle. You can not experimented much with this recipe. You choice of substitutions are endless. You can replace the given sunflower seeds with other seeds such as pumpkin seed, if you so desire. You can experiment with adding chopped pecans or walnuts to the mixture in place of the sesame seeds. You may even like to use sugar in place of honey or you may want to experiment withwith molasses.

I used 1 cup whole wheat bread, 1 3 / 4 cup regular flour and 1 / 4 cup cracked wheat or rye. The recipe comes out better as a rule, if you were to process them on the dough cycle, especially you plan it in your oven. I like to let, right in the bread pan to rise about 1 cm achieved over the bread pan then its time to bake it.

Normal sandwich bread

This is a simpleSandwich bread recipe for the manufacture of a bread machine. With this recipe you are using the timer. The dough is a sticky dough when I was a few tablespoons of flour if you added it. Be sure to check your dough ball, and it should be seems to be too sticky to simply add another teaspoon of flour.

1 cup water

1 / 4 cup margarine or butter

1 medium egg

2 tablespoons sugar

Add all your ingredients to choose a baking dish after the manufacturer's recommendation for your particular bread machine. The regular bread setting on the panel with a medium crust, or you can select dough cycle and then the bread in the oven.

White Hot Dog Buns

1 1 / 3 cups water

2 tablespoons non fat milk powder

2 tablespoons shortening

2 1 / 2 to 3 tablespoonsSugar

2 tsp salt

4 cups all purpose flour

2 1 / 2 teaspoons yeast

Add the ingredients to bread machine in the order they are listed above, or after their bread machine instructions. Set your machine on the dough cycle. When the cycle is complete, turn the mixture out on a floured board and punch the dough down. Knead it for four or five times. Add a little extra flour as you knead to prevent, if necessary, it. gluing

Cover the dough to rest with a clean tea towel and leave for about thirty minutes. Lightly grease a large baking sheet that is dusted with cornmeal. Press this dough into small circles and then cut it into eight wedges. Shape each of the wedges into a small ball and then into a flat circle.
