Would you like to eat hot dogs? Then you have to visit a fairly new restaurant: Bernie's Hot Dogs in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. This one of a kind (in Highlands Ranch, that is) restaurant is definitely not something you should recognize, if you eat the fat-free or healthy food. Hot dogs are as fast food or junk food is and what you get at Bernie's. This franchise restaurant is unique in Highlands Ranch, and it is located on the west side of the center of Highlands Ranch --at the intersection of Highlands Ranch Parkway and Lucent Blvd.
The hot dogs at Bernie's tasted very good when I went to this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the food was delivered in the shortest time. The menu offers some special hot dogs (think Chilly Dog or Guacomole / stuff like that), and regular hot dogs. Fries are extra, but an adult meal at fries are enough to eat. You can also order a salad, add your favorite lemonade or iced tea. The hot dog menu has a verylong list of side items that you can put on your hot dog and adapt them to suit your needs. If you are looking for variety, how to adjust a hot dog, Bernie's Hot Dog is definitely worth a visit.
However, if you more health conscious as I am, you'd better stay away from Bernie's. The fries are addictively good taste, and this restaurant really separate from other fast-food restaurants in the area. The foot long hot dog, which I had ordered was delicious, however the amount of fat andFat, which was with him just far beyond my level of tolerance when it came to food. A meal of this magnitude is likely to be at 1500 calories or more (do not worry come, I) is not an end, as it was eating too much for me.
